Call us for a Cleaner and Greener Environment
At SVS FACILITY MANAGEMENT we offer our services on the following terms and conditions:
1. Our person will perform their duties in our company’s uniform, which are provided by us.
2. Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, E.S.I, P.F., etc of our personnel shall be Bourne by us
3. Statutory payments like GST have to be borne by you.
4. All payments for our services have to be made on or before the fifth day of every English Calendar Month commencing from the month following the posting of our personnel.
5. On completion of every year’s service, the salary of our personnel shall be increased by 10%.
6. While we assure you of best facility services, in the unlikely event of any of our personnel committing any offence, knowingly or unknowingly, we shall summarily replace such personnel. Also clients should not give their personal belongings or cash to our personnel without our knowledge.
7. We are prepared to enter into an agreement with clients for one or more years according to mutual convenience.
8. This agreement could be terminated by One month notice on either side. If clients terminate our services immediately without notice we has to be compensated with one month bills and all our dues has to be cleared on the same day of withdrawal. In case of termination of our services, our clients are not supposed to retain our personnel’s with them on their rolls or through other contract agencies for six months. If you absorb our personnel into your roll or through contract agencies into your organization, we will be compensated by three months payment of our total bill.
9. We the SVS FACILITY MANAGEMENT is a Proprietorship concern. TDS applicable for us is only 1%.
10. More than a working hours in a day will be charged as overtime. GST 18 % extra as per government norms.
